      8992.0 was active at 0455z+/- with an unid player keying his mic a 
number of times.

      9016.0 was active at 0505z with IMPLICATE (fair levels here) bcsting 
a 28-character EAM (WYEVHK) slightly trailing OFFUTT's HFGCS bcst of same, 
and simulcasting same on 6697.0 (weak/readable,) 8992.0 (fair/good) and 
11244.0 (fair.)  Probably back up with same on 6697.0 at h+37/h+07.
