I know Mark knows this, but as I've had numerous folk ask me about posting
USCG visits to AUTEC, so I thought I would explain that it is on Andros
Island (Bahamas). 

Atlantic Undersea Test & Evaluation Center (AUTEC) - also hosts a USCG
airfield; definitely for SAR, and most likely DEA/Panther related work.

I was there twice on a submarine, and there were probably as many USCG as
there were Navy personnel stationed there (which is not many).
