[MilCom] USCG ALE system temporarily down

     Moments ago on 8983.0 kHz USB, USCG CAMSLANT-Chesapeake reported to CG 
6026 that US Customs Service has announced that their ALE system is down.  
CAMSLANT tells 6026 that they will advise more soon.
