[MilAir] Getting Started

Good morning.

I am just getting started with MILAIR monitoring.

Can anyone help?  I know my receiver well (The new GRE PSR800), and would like to find  a list
or database of frequencies I can monitor in the Los Angeles region.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
