[MilAir] [MilCom] E-4B NAOC 73-1676 departs Patrick AFB

Since I'm not military, this is just a guess and probably wrong.
But could what you're hearing as "Maybe75" be actually "Mabe75?"
Mabe is a name, not common, but around quite abit...even perhaps his name.
Just a thought.
