[MilAir] Fwd: [MilRadioComms] E-4B "Whip 75" departs Patrick AFB

I watched E-4B 75-0175 depart Patrick AFB this morning  at 11:55am EDT 
(1555z) heading north.
 
He is using the callsign "Whip 75."
   He had been on the ground at Patrick since Friday; one  engine 
continuously running, as is the procedure for NAOC aircraft. Fuel trucks  supported 
her day and night.
   A couple of hours after her departure, a monitor in NC heard  her 
burning 230.9 MHz WBFM.
