[MilAir] Location Identifiers

I have access to FAA Pub 7350.7 that lists all identifiers for US
airports as well as navigational fixes.  The fixes by name have Lat/Long
and Brg/Dist from Navaids. It is about 3 inches thick, so there is a ton
of data! Some Canadian/Carib/Alaska/Hawaii to.

Did you ever wonder what the ID is for Hollow Top Arpt in Martin, ID is?
Probably not, but that was a random choice when I opened the book!  The
ID is 0U7.

Shoot me an email and I can encode/decode some of the stuff you hear
