[MilAir] NY Capital District log

[Edward Brown]

There has been a E-6B tail # 164410 (Mode-S AE041C)  east of Rochester
NY for the last 2 weeks or so. I don't see his Mode-S signal every
day, but he showed up 7 out of the last 14 days
