It is a violation of FEDERAL law, To be a NON-PARTICIPATORY (Unintended) 
recipient of a communication AND to pass this same communication to 
OTHER OUTSIDE PARTIES.

Message in question is NOT Spam. In this case the law you refer to 
really does not apply because you voluntary join the mailing list. Now 
Mr. Stern may have violated list rules and if he did then instructions 
to stop this activity or be baned from the list.

After careful review Mr. Stern's email did not violate the list rules or 
Federal Law. As a CG message released to the public. It and any military 
or NASA message becomes public domain and is also covered under the 
"freedom of information act"

As for the [MilAir] list talking about a a military aircraft crash I 
believe is right on target for this group...

Please close this thread so I can turn it back to an unmoderated list. 
Moderating the list is to much like work :-)
