It is Mon, 12:58pm EST (1758z).
  US Coast Guard helos "CG 6038" and "CG 6016" will be working  for the next 
two hours offshore at 500 feel and below.
  They are now up with Patrick's tower on 133.75 and were up earlier  with 
Orlando A/D on 132.65.  They came up from the south; I first picked  them up 
near Vero.
  Both helos are home-plated at CGAS-Clearwater.
