I monitored 379.9 all day. Lots going on. Not analysed it yet but all comms AM and this channel seems to be a repeater based on the consistent signal strengths. Only "encryption" I detected was generated by O2 masks Hi !
Just hrd a RAPTOR going home(?)

I am currently listening to Luke Air Base on 379.9 it sounds like pilots are
using some kind of encryption? I have not heard this sound before I will try
to get a  recording and post it.
