185th Air Refueling Wing out of Sioux City flies KC-135s,  not KC-130s.
Before they converted to an ARW, they flew F-16s and used  these freqs:
 AA; V13;138.4; 138.875; 139.75; U-10;316.9; U-11;363.2.

SAC disappeared about 20 years ago.
