[MilAir] Interesting Coast Guard comms here

It is Wed, 1:25pm EDT (1725z).
  "COAST GUARD 6019," an HH-60J Jayhawk helo out of CGAS Clearwater,  is up 
with "CG Vessel 47321" on 157.15.  CG 6019 explains the training that  they 
will engage in, including hoist work, litter deployment, pump delivery and  
basket work. They will also be deploying a swimmer. Currently they have 5  SOB.
