[MilAir] RANDY T-38s northbound

It is Sun, 10:57am EDT (1457z).
  RANDYs (Randolph AFB T-38 trainers) have been heard a lot over the  past 
week here.  They had come into Patrick AFB in a big flock, gassing up  and 
continuing to the south.  Today they are northbound.
  One of their flights, RANDY 61, was just handed off from 317.6 to  352.0.
