[MilAir] King 84 making Pararescue Jumper drops

It is Tue, 11:45am EDT (1545z).
  Patrick AFB C-130H "King 84" (a former weather bird from Keesler,  and 
still bearing the 403W markings) is performing Pararescue Jumper drops over  Judy 
DZ, just to the west of Patrick.  He has just performed an equipment  drop at 
1000 ft.
  King 84 is using 133.75 for comms with the tower, and is up on 282.8  for 
air-ground comms with "Gondola Charlie," instead of the usual 251.9.
