[MilAir] RANDYs & CHEETAH T-38s arrive Patrick AFB

It is Fri, 5:17pm EDT (2117z).
  A flock of RANDYs and one CHEETAH have just arrived at Patrick AFB.  They 
are all Randolph AFB 12FTS T-38s.  They are all using UHF ATC freqs; I  have 
not found their air-air freq.
  CHEETAH is CHEETAH 01; RANDY flights are RANDY 4#s and 5#s.
  Among the ATC freqs I heard them on:

269.25
307.0
281.425
269.375
