[MilAir] King 15 inbound Moody AFB

It is Fri, 2:16pm EDT (1816z).
  Moody AFB C-130 "King 15" has been working in the central  Florida area all 
day and making repeated phone patches back to Moody via  MacDill AFB 
Lightning Ops on 311.0.  He is up on a phone patch at the  moment. Previously he 
contacted Metro on 344.6 to get the landing wx at Moody  for 1900z.
