   McGuire AFB KC-10A (86-0028) "OPEC 81" is southbound; just  handed off 
from 119.825 to 132.15. They are heading to Homestead ARB. Just told  Homestead 
Base Ops that they will be offloading cargo "for tomorrow's Reserve  Movement" 
(nice choice of words!). Requesting 150K pounds of fuel too.
