It is Wed, 2:50pm EDT (1850z).
  EC-130J "Baton 20" (A 193SOW PA-ANG Commando Solo out of  Harrisburg) is 
overflying this area, en route to NAS Key West.  He is up  with St Petersburg 
radio on 255.4 updating his flight plan for his eventual  departure from NAS Key 
West to Harrisburg.
  Maybe he will be broadcasting Happy Birthday to Fidel while he is in  the 
area.
