I think you're right.  307.9 is being used in the immediate Boston area with
coordination with Boston Center.  My freq list shows that freq is for the
BOSOX-47 sector.  I am away from home this week so I don't have my regular
lists and maps to see where exactly that is.  A friend is however hearing
the F-15's coming and going enroute over Rhode Island with Boston Center on
370.9 as they come and go to Langley.  That is the Boston-46 sector
according to my freq list.
