For the "Patriot CAP" try:

260.9 - NORAD-NEADS "Huntress"
370.9 - Boston Center CAP area coordination
293.6 - Aerial Refueling Boom Freq

These were all reported as active yesterday from various sources.  Several
F-15 and F-16's flights of two were involved in rotation so posting any
A-A's is going to vary.

As for other interesting freqs, try www.scanboston.com and
http://www.scancapecod.net/cgi-bin/ikonboard/ikonboard.cgi?act=Portal.  The
later has a live TEAMSPEAK feed from various Boston PD, etc. channels.
