Carl loved Amateur Radio and, as an operator for more than 60 years, made many friends across the world. Carl was a life-long volunteer for numerous organizations including the Civil Air Patrol, Kent County Sheriff Department, Civil Defense, Sight Seer Radio Reading Service and Skywarn. A Funeral Service will be celebrated Thursday 1PM at the Arsulowicz Brothers Remembrance Chapel, 3525 Remembrance Rd NW, where the family will receive visitors two hours prior to the Service.
