What little I knew of Duane, he seemed like an outstanding guy, a good representative of the hobby. R.I.P. Duane.

Congratulations to Gary K5WJK taking the reins of this and the other lists moderated by Duane.

If I may, the MIHAM list is scarcely know in Michigan. The only solution to this I know of is publicizing with fliers at Michigan Hamfests and perhaps contacting Michigan ham clubs to include in their newsletters. I go to a fair number of hamfests and wouldn't mind printing up fliers to display along side hamfest fliers. I'll leave it up to Gary, as the moderator, as to what he thinks.
