[MIham] CME Impact Sparks Northern Lights over the USA

The CME is sure screwing up propagation on the HF bands.  I was trying 
12 meters CW between 1900 and 2100Z (2 to 4 p.m. Eastern) and got 4 Q's 
in the first 30 minutes.  I called Randy, AA8R, the coordinator, and 
asked if 17 meters was not scheduled, and moved there.  It was a bit 
better, 44 Q's in about 70 minutes, but nothing about which to write home.

Others reported that 20 closed down after about 0030Z tonight for 
PSK-31.  Bummer.
