[MIham] Flint Swap Coming Up but Not Mentioned on ARRL.org

For those who don't understand - the ARRL will place any hamfest, ARRL 
sanctioned or not, in QST and on their web site if they are notified of 
it.  The "problem" is that a few hamfest organizers don't send the 
information to ARRL, and some people wonder why the information isn't in 
QST and on the web site.

Any ham may send information to hamfests at arrl.org 
<mailto:hamfests at arrl.org>  about a hamfest.  If in doubt, look at the 
information provided by other hamfests, and give the same kind of 
information for your event.

An ARES organization is dedicated to public service, and may not have 
thought of this.  However, they're missing out on very good publicity - 
which can exist a year in advance of the event on the web site.
