To all Amateur Radio Operators
The National 24 Hour Challenge (N24HC) http://www.n24hc.org is a 126 1/2 mile bicycle route
through Barry County that takes place on the Saturday before Fathers Day that attracts about
500 riders plus their support crews. Amateur Radio communications is an important part of
the logistics of this annual event taking place this year on June 17.
As I type this, the following communications positions are in need of volunteers:
Still need communications for the course follow vehicule 11AM-6PM. (vehicule and driver
supplied)
And a second communications person for check point 3, Delton Library. 12Noon-3:35PM
The event coordinators provide shirts, limited refreshments, and Friday evening spaghetti
dinner. Please contact the Ham Radio Communications Director if you are willing to help.
