The U P Hamfest will be held this weekend Saturday August 5 2006

This years Hamfest is sponsored by the Delta County Amateur Radio Society
(DCARS)
will be held on the campus of Bay de Noc Community College.  On the north
side of
Escanaba MI off of Danforth Rd.
GPS coordinates at  Latitude 45 46.227   Longitude  W 087 05.106

Doors will open at 9:00 am  with tickets costing $5.00    Swap tables are
available for
$5.00 with set-up Friday night from 6:00 PM to 10:00 P.M. and Saturday from
7:00 am
to 9:00
