Director Weaver released the following last evening:

"The Board of Directors voted unanimously by E-mail balloting to relieving
US servicemen on active duty in combat zones of dues requirements for the
duration of their combat duty".

More information will be forthcoming after the fine details are written, but
the ARRL Board is forgiving dues for those serving in combat.  Please advise
your staffs.
