Hi Marc:

I will get the update done by Monday. In our last meeting with
subcommittee, I
gave a brief review of our meeting and they advised us to take it to
the
full
Planning Commission, along with some other Zoning Ordinance updates
(other
sections). I believe this is good news.

Now the format for the Planning Commission goes like this: We would
initially
have one (very rarely more than one) work session with the Planning
Commission.
This is more like a discussion session. Tentatively this is going to
happen
on
January 27. I will ask you guys to mark your calendars at his point
for
that
evening. The work session would give us a feel of what the Planning
Commission
think of the proposals, and any concern they may have, whatsoever. 14
days
from
that day (February 10) we have a public hearing in front of the
Planning
Commission. This is the opportunity for the amateurs as well as the
members
of
the public to express their support/concerns/suggestions to the
Planning
Commission regarding these proposals. The Planning Commission votes
that
evening on a recommendation to the City Commission with or without
changes
to
the proposal. Tentatively on March 2, the proposal goes in front of
the
City
Commission, again in the form of a public hearing; they make the final
decision
as to whether or not to approve the amendments (with or without
changes).
Please
remember that if the Planning Commission goes for two work sessions,
the
final
date moves back accordingly.

Once I have the draft ready, I will send you a copy for review. I
would
really
appreciate if you can pass this along to Ray. Thanks for your help and
cooperation on this matter.

I hope you had a good vacation. Looking forward to hearing from you,
Debargha

Hello Debargha,
Just a quick note to see where we are in the re-write of the antenna
ordinance
proposal. I have not heard anything since the first week in December
where
we
discussed the streamlining of terms, definitions, and clarifying many
points
that were getting confusing. As always, if you need me to help clarify
anything
feel free to drop me a line or you can call also. I look forward to
hearing
from
you soon.
