Dayton bus invite to DAPR

Once again this year the Arrow amateur radio club is sponsoring a motor
coach
day trip from Ann Arbor Michigan to the Dayton Hamvention. I would like
extend an invitation to you and your club members to join us for this annual
event
and ask you to pass on this invitation to your members at your next meeting,
radio net or by email.

While I realize this might be a bit far for some of your members we have
made
arrangements with two local hotels in Ann Arbor for a special weekend rates
so your members can come in Friday, take the motor coach trip on Saturday
and
stay over and leave on Sunday.

Our departure time is 4:30 am and expected arrival is between 8:00 and 8:30.
We will be leaving shortly after 5:00 pm for the return back to Ann Arbor.
The
price for the trip is $45.00. Considering the current cost of gas, the
hassle
of offsite parking and the shuttle bus fair. I think you would agree that
this is a very good opportunity to go to Dayton.

To make it an even better experience for our guests this year, we are
sponsoring a booth in the outside exhibit area. Guests of the trip can bring
items
to sell and more importantly drop off purchased items so they will not have
to
carry them around all day.

If any of your members would like more information about the trip they can
look at our website at http://www.w8pgw.org/. If you or your members have
questions about the trip please email me at [email protected] or call
734-657-6054.

Thanks in advance for your help and please email back with your newsletters
or events that your club is sponsoring. We would be more than happy to post
them to our web page.
