[MIham] Frequency Entry On HTX-202

Hi All, 	
	
I thought that you could directly enter a frequency by turning the HTX-202 on,
pressing the bottom right key, or 'D', entering the frequency (not including the
14) and pressing the push to talk button. Wrong!	
	
So am I doing something wrong or am I missing a step?	
	
This is for simplex operation, by the way.
