Hello Frank,

I would like to express my thanks to you for posting this helpful
information,
and others in the past. I would like to encourage everyone on this list to
do
likewise.

This list only has seventy subscribers. I would like to challenge each of
you to
enlist your fellow Michigan Hams to join it and to contribute. Here is the
perfect venue for all Michigan Hams to exchange information, discuss mutual
radio related issues, find needed parts, get help with a radio or antenna
problem and much much more. So let's use it! Sign up your friends and let's
make
some good things happen for Michigan Hams in 2004!

We need to get off our collective rumps, NCS butt is a new disease in case
you
have not heard, and fight for our rights as several new pieces of
legislation
threaten our very ability to operate. This list is a fine place to discuss,
NOT
fight with each other over!, such legislation and come up with petition
drives,
letter writing campaigns or whatever it takes to protect ourselves and our
Amateur Radio privileges from those who would take them away.

There are many uses for this list, but we each have to take it upon
ourselves to
use it more and recruit more Michigan Hams. The more, the better for all of
us!
