[MIham] Traffic Handling

Please be advised after the Tuesday night MITN net on 3952 starting July 23,
there will be traffic handling instructions.  Please let your groups know if
they might have an interest in handling traffic that they can check in and
learn how to handle traffic immediately following the net.

Net starts at 7:00 PM and usually last 15 to 30 minutes depending on the
amount of traffic that is handled.
