Subject: SEC Appointment


Ray DeVlieg, KB8VNI has asked to be relieved of his responsibilities as
Section Emergency Coordinator/State RACES Officer due to personal illness.
Please join me in thanking Ray for his service to the Section and wishing
him a speedy recovery. Ray has indicated he would like to serve the Section
again when he is able.

We have begun a search to fill the vacancy and will consider all applicants.
In the interim, Debbie Kirkbride, KA8YKK will assume the responsibilities as
Acting SEC. Please give her your cooperation as you have in the past and
forward all monthly reports to her.
My thanks to Debbie for her dedication to the Section and for again helping
with this most important appointment.
