After discussions with the National Weather Service, emergency snowfall =
and winter storm observations have been requested throughout the evening =
of Wednesday, January 30 and Thursday, January 31.

Observations are requested at the following times:

6:30 PM  (2330 Z)

Thursday
7:00 AM (1100 Z)
1:00 PM (1800 Z)
6:30 PM (2330 Z)
10:00 PM (0300 Z)

Friday 7:00 AM (1100 Z)

Details / Instructions on message format will be sent by email broadcast =
shortly after noon on Wednesday.

Brief narratives describing any icing conditions, damage, etc. are =
requested and may be transmitted during scheduled nets or at any time.  =
A watch will be maintained to receive storm damage reports or related =
updates.

EC's are encouraged to arrange NTS liaison now.  Stay turned for further =
details.
