Congratulations go to Jim Jawrowicz AA8JR, this year's recipient of the
West Michigan Ham of the Year Award, announced at the New Hams Dinner
(which about 80 attended). Besides a certificate, Jim receives a $100
gift certificate to AES Electronics, contributed by GRARA, LARC, and
MARA. Thanks to Jim Cordes KI8JD and MARA who organized this recognition

The December Kent County Emergency Services Team (KCEST) meeting is
Thursday February 28, 7PM at the Kent County Sheriff temporary facility
