Hi All,
This is interesting and something to ponder!!!!

I've been following the discussions/hysteria on the subject
"Is Electromagnetic Radiation Dangerous?"

Visible Light as we all know is Electromagnetic Radiation within the
frequency range 100,000 GHz to 1000,000 GHz.
Is this frequency range safe to expose humans to ?

Above this frequency range we have Ultaviolet, Gamma, and X-Rays.
We know that all of these are harmfull to the human body.

Most radiated heat (infra-red) that we feel is in the frequency range
1,000 GHz upto the 100,000 GHz range.
Is this frequency range safe to expose humans to ?

Just below this range we get the highest amateur band at 248-250 GHz.
Is this frequency range safe to expose humans to ?
If it's not, then we have a BIG problem, because any warm object also
emmits a heck of a lot at that frequency, i.e. the central heating
radiators.

Then we drop down to the frequencies that most of the worlds Radar, TV and
Radio use.
If this frequency range is not safe for human exposure then we had better
shut down all the TV Entertainment, Radio communications, All sea and air
transport (they use Radar).

As we drop further down in frequency we come to the main man-made
electromagnetic product - Mains Electricity.

If these last two ranges are dangerous, then we either have to accept
the danger or return to the middle ages and see how we get on like that.
I know what my choice is.
