  Just read an interesting bulletin on  the DX Cluster from G4JGV. Why =
he has
not put this on the usual packet network I do not know, but I am =
re-iterating
his news in the hope that YOU will do something about it.


  Apparently the Russian Duma has now decreed that the complete 10 meter =
band
be open for all to use, no longer an amateur only part of the spectrum. =
G4JGV
was "told" to QSY  when he was causing  QRM to an FM  taxi firm!! I have =
been
doing just this for ages now, but am unable to understand Russian, not =
that I
would pay any attention whatsover to what they told me anyway. As far as =
I am
concerned, I am PAYING  for the use of  the band, and it  is THEY who =
are the
intruders. If they suffer QRM - tough!  The more the better. So, if YOU =
value
10 meters, please join in with the ever-increasing number of SKEDS, =
CONTACTS,
ROUND-TABLES,  even deliberate  QRM to  all these  intruders,  and  =
let's  DO
something about it. Complaining to  the so-called authorities working on =
 our
behalf is doing three-fifths of five-eighths of the square root of FA =
for us.


  It is interesting  to note the  increase in tonal  value from some of =
these
pirates when suffering  QRM. I just  hope they have  lost loads of =
"business"
due to  our efforts!  It is  OUR frequency,  so get  on there  and =
defend it.
Please spread the word and try  to populate the band, preferably right =
on top
of the FM QRM. These pirates don't care  about us, they are in the CW =
part of
the band, right up to the upper limit.=20


  By  all means  write to  the RA,  IARU, whatever,  and complain.  The  =
more
letters they get the better.
