Anyone have any insight on SHF Micro?

For the past few years I've bought parts 1-3 times a year, last email 
with Alan was earlier this year to get a quote on items, plus shipping, 
placed an order a couple of weeks ago, appears DOA, and no response to 
emails.

Wondering if anyone knows Alan, or is in contact directly, or knows if 
he's having issues.
