[Microwave] flexible UT-141 equivalent

Anything flexible and the same diameter will have more loss than the
best UT-141. A couple years ago at MUD I took a length of LMR-240 with
crimp on Emerson SMA connectors and at the VNA it measured half the dB
loss as the best UT-141 at 10 GHz. Its not horribly expensive but it
does take some care to get all the foil off the cut end of the dielectric.
