4 coax connectors probably means its a transfer switch. I didn't find
that number in my Amphenol catalogs, where part numbers tended to have a
310- prefix and all numbers, no letters, so it may have been a custom
special or from a different era. I don't see evidence Amphenol staok RF
relays were rated for more than 1 or 2 GHz.
