[Microwave] TEK 2755 Analyser

Hi everyone,
 
    I have a TEK 2755P analyser that has a problem on the logarithmic
amplifier board.
 
    I have the service manual but the circuit in there is for a discrete
component board.
 
    The board in the instrument is surface mount and quite a bit
different!
 
    Does anyone out there have a circuit or could point me in the right
direction to find one?
 
    I know the problem is here as I have an old 492 and when it's log
board is fitted the 2755 works. The 492 does not have exactly the same
output (counter output on 2755 but not on the 492)
 
    The same instrument also displays "Internal reference failure" when
it goes through it's self test. Could this also be the log board?
 
    All I have is the service manual and there is no reference in the
section I have as to exactly what this failure refers too, any ideas?
