Well if ferrite is white and stepped ?
There's what appears to be a white ceramic stepped plate midway along 
the waveguide, there is an arrow marked on the magnet
which would indicate direction of RF flow, but its definitely a 2 port 
device..
I don't think an isolator has to have three ports, it only needs to have 
two, its a luxury to have a terminated port so the reflected RF has some 
where to go.
