[Microwave] CTC transistor data

Looking for data for CTC 2001 and CTC 2002.  CTC (Communications 
Transistor Corporation?) was part of Varian I believe.
These ae low power output devices (a watt or two) that were used in 
the 1.5 - 2GHz range.
