Are there any Moto Starpoint wizards out there?

I have some Starpoint gear in the 1.7 - 1.9 GHz range and would like to move them
into either the amateur 1.2 GHz or 2.4 GHz band, whichever is easiest.

Please pardon me if any of this is a cross post.

Has anyone done this?
