[Microwave] Request-Sealectro SMA Adapter

I need a specific adapter made by Sealectro (prior to ITT/Cannon 
acquisition).  There is no part # on the adapter I have so a 
description is the best I can do.  This is an SMA Jack (gold threaded 
female) to SMA Plug (chrome or other finish similar, not sure, could 
be plain steel) PUSH ON.  Anyone know where I can find some of these?
