[Microwave] GaAsFET "Lp" what is it?

Sorry for the cluster bomb...
I have what I presume is a GaAsFET device (it's the front end on a 440MHz 
LNA) that's white and marked "Lp"--upper case L, lower case p.  Any 
hints?  A frustrating bit...I have GaAsFET data manuals out the yang but 
nearly none of them divulge the secret of the markings...<sigh>
