I purchased one on eBay and got a good deal eBay has many many spectrum
analyzers both HP and Tek. Mine is an AILTECH or Eaton.

I am in need for a reasonably priced secondhand spectrum analyzer with range
to  above 10 GHz.
The analyzer must be in good working condition and prefferable with manuals.
