Gang,

Although I'm certain that the originator of the "ripoff" thread had the best intentions in mind, this is not the sort of traffic we
need on this highly-technical list.  

Also, while it's fine to buy, sell or trade on this list, please do NOT mention auctions or auction sites.  Every time someone does,
I get a number of complaints, all of which require time to answer.

Since neither of these topics appear willing to die a short death, I will assist the process by moderating all messages to the list
until further notice.
