Dave,
I have a 618/620 handbook- they should be very similar inside to the
626A-just lower frequency ranges. I have the 620- covers 7-11 GHz-big and
heavy but reliable.
If you don't get a better offer I can scan a few pages here and there for
you.
 As a starter I'll scan the specs etc later  (should be very similar as
well) and email them direct.
